The wearing of school uniform is strongly encouraged. We feel that uniform gives your child a sense of identity, looks smart and is appropriate for school activities.

The uniform consists of the following items :

navy or black school skirt - not midi or long
black or dark grey school shorts or long trousers
white shirt and tie (with optional V-neck royal blue jumper)
white polo shirt and royal blue school sweatshirt
navy, black or white socks
dark shoes

Optional hot-weather uniform :

open - neck, short sleeve white shirt
blue and white gingham-checked or striped dress

PE Kit consists of the following items :

navy shorts
house colour T shirt
trainers

Optional items -

navy tracksuit bottoms/joggers
studded boots
navy sport socks
navy and light-blue striped rugby shirt

Indoor physical activities will necessitate bare feet, or plimsolls if infection is present, as this is much safer for all pupils. In the interest of safety, trainers will not be permitted on the apparatus.

Children are also required to have a P.E./games bag and an art/craft overall. Please ensure that all articles are clearly named.

ARRANGEMENTS FOR SUPPLY AND SALE OF UNIFORM

Items of uniform are supplied and sold solely by retailers. The suppliers for embroidered jumpers and sweatshirts are Broadwater Sports. The rugby shirt, navy sports socks and T-shirts are available from the following stockists at varying prices:

All other items of uniform are available from the above stockists and other clothing retail outlets in Worthing.

The approximate cost of kitting out your child in school uniform is £120.

For a small fee, names can be sewn onto various items.
